Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Well…nearly. Yes folks, we know it’s crazy but it’s close to that time of year again. The day that turkeys fear most. The one where all the friends and family descend on your home like a plague of locusts – only joking… the locusts would probably eat less!

So if you’re playing Thanksgiving host this year, and are panicking about recipes, table fillers and serving techniques (carving isn’t as easy as it looks!), then just take a look at all the lovely, tasty, wonderful recipes and guides we have waiting for you.

Our favourite is “How To Make A Crispy Golden Roast Turkey”. This is one recipe that definitely shouldn’t be missed as we all know that the centrepiece of every Thanksgiving table should be that magnificent looking bird.

Magnificent looking until you start carving that is… Now very few of us have the natural carving talent that leaves lovely even slices on our plates, rather than ribbons of meat that look like they’ve been attacked by Michael Myers (oops – wrong holiday). But trust us, it’s so easy to learn! Especially with this clever little Videojug film that shows you how to carve a turkey properly and professionally in only three minutes! Take a look for yourself…

But of course, no Thanksgiving plate is complete without a delicious, warming turkey gravy, and we have a great recipe for that too – right here!

And what about vegetables? Well this year Videojug recommends the How To Make Thanksgiving Yams film. It’s a great addition to any Thanksgiving table, and is something a little different to treat your guests with. Plus it looks good too!

And when the meal’s over and you’re struggling to decide what to do with all the leftovers? Well Videojug can help here too of course. Why not try making our delicious Leftover Turkey and Stuffing Casserole. Not only is it a clever way to use up all your leftovers, but it tastes great too!

So there you have it. Our recipe for a great Thanksgiving meal that will be easy to prepare, easy to serve, and extremely easy to eat – being so tasty and all! We hope you enjoy it as much as we will. Happy Thanksgiving!
